Eric Eustace

Head of Operations

Eric moved to Shenzhen to start a youth hockey program in 2017, after playing NCAA hockey. His background in engineering combined with a passion for sport made Bolt a perfect fit.

Ben Dolgin-Gardner

Head of Product Development

Ben founded his product development company, Hatch, in Shenzhen in 2006. This experience with supply chain and product development helped Bolt become a reality.
